The two-day Bharat Innovation Conclave 2025, organised by the Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) of BHU began on Thursday with the aim of positioning India as a global hub of creativity, technology, and sustainability.According to a BHU spokesperson, the conclave will feature a wide range of activities designed to promote innovation and collaboration. Panel discussions will bring together leading industry experts, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to deliberate on emerging challenges. Expert lectures will highlight strategic ideas related to innovation and business development. Live product demonstrations will enable startups to present their new technologies to potential investors, partners, and collaborators, while startup pitching sessions will allow young entrepreneurs to showcase their business models directly before investors. The event also features a startup expo, with over 200 startups and 150 exhibition booths displaying innovations and achievements across diverse fields. The conclave is expected to attract more than 25,000 participants, making it one of the largest startup and MSME gatherings in India.In addition, more than 30 global investors and 20 policymakers are taking part, creating fresh opportunities for investment and collaboration in the innovation ecosystem.
Organisers said that by enabling direct interaction between entrepreneurs and investors, the conclave seeks to unlock avenues for strategic partnerships, long-term growth, and community inspiration, underlining how innovation can drive inclusive and sustainable development.
