Bengaluru: Oncology company 4baseCare has launched a genomics laboratory and the Global Cancer Diversity Atlas (GCDA) in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru.
According to the company, the genomics lab will offer testing services including gene panels, whole exome sequencing, and transcriptome analysis, aimed at helping oncologists tailor cancer treatment based on tumor genetics.
The GCDA, also developed by the company, is designed to address gaps in cancer genomics data.
The company states that it is built using real-world data from India and other regions across the Global South—including South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Europe, and Latin America.
It is intended to support diagnostic development, research, and personalized cancer care.
