The European Union’s (EU) aggressive environmental regulations, particularly the carbon tax, deforestation rules, and supply chain due diligence laws are one of the biggest hurdles in the negotiations for a proposed trade pact with India, economic think tank GTRI said on Sunday. Bengaluru: The All India Consumer Products Distributors Federation (AICPDF), a retail distributors body, has filed an anti-trust case against rapid delivery companies including Zomato, Swiggy and Zepto, over alleged predatory pricing and deep discounting, highly placed sources have told DH. Microsoft has announced an AI assistant called Dragon Copilot for healthcare that can take notes, automate tasks and search for documents.
