Indian law firm, Alpha Partners, has expanded its international presence with the launch of Alpha Partners FZE, a UAE-based affiliate entity licensed to offer legal consultancy services in the region.
The move strengthens the firm’s cross-border advisory capabilities, particularly across UAE and the MENA region – a region that has been a priority international jurisdiction for Alpha Partners since last few years.
With this move, the firm bolsters its position as a front running Indian law firm having presence in UAE. In last few years, Alpha Partners has established itself successfully in UAE to act as a bridge between India and UAE for cross border transactions, M&A, setting up of family offices, subsidiaries and investment vehicles in UAE, litigation and arbitration as well as protection of intellectual property rights in respective jurisdictions.
The firm has advised several Indian companies on setting up and expanding operations in the UAE, including acquisitions and joint ventures. It has also acted for UAE-based companies exploring business partnerships with Indian and other MENA-region entities.
Alpha’s clientele spans Indian and UAE corporates, HNIs and UHNIs, as well as government-linked entities in the region.
On contentious side, the firm represents several investors pursuing recovery from Indian startups with governance issues, and has also assisted clients in commercial litigation before UAE courts, including Dubai and ADGM.
The expansion into the UAE underscores Alpha Partners’ long-term strategy to support international clients navigating business and legal landscapes across India and the MENA region. This includes not only servicing clients from the two mega jurisdictions but also international clients seeking representation here.
“Our UAE presence positions us as a trusted legal partner for companies and individuals doing business between India and the Gulf region,” said Akshat Pande, Managing Partner at Alpha Partners. “With this move, we are better equipped to deliver seamless, jurisdiction-spanning legal solutions to our clients.”
With a growing footprint in the UAE, Alpha Partners reaffirms its commitment to building a strong and forward-looking legal practice in the MENA region.
